#WTF (Where is the finance?)

Oggi 19 novembre ora di pranzo. Dentro lo stadio nazionale Narodowy dove si sta svogendo la COP19 si è tenuta una manifestazione pacifica, organizzata dai giovani presenti alla Conferenza.
La protesta voleva sensibilizzare i delegati e i ministri presenti della necessità di dare consistenza ai finanziamenti indirizzati ai paesi meno sviluppati.
Scandendo lo slogan “where is the finance?”, i partecipanti hanno occupato la parte esterna alla mensa. Urlavano per farsi sentire il più possibile, chiedendo a gran forza un maggiore impegno dei paesi sviluppati nel sostenere i finanziamenti dei paesi in via di sviluppo e nella creazione di meccanismi di garanzia per evitare che questi fondi non rimangano, come altre volte (si veda il Green Climate Found), solo un accordo su carta senza nessuna applicazione effettiva.

#WTF (Where is the finance?)
Today 19 November, lunchtime. Inside the National Stadium Narodowy, where is conducting COP19, was held a peaceful demonstration, organized by the youth attending to the conference.
The protest wanted to raise awareness of the delegates and ministers present the need to give consistency to funding directed to less developed countries.
With the slogan “where is the finance?” participants have occupied the outer part of the cafeteria. They were shouting to be heard above the most ‘can, asking a greater commitment of developed countries in supporting financially the countries in the development and creation of guarantee mechanisms to ensure that these funds do not remain, as at other times (see the Green Climate Found), only an agreement on paper without any enforcement.
